Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to keep big ideas on track without losing sight of the details to join our team in Sydney. Working closely with account management, creative, strategy and production teams, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality creative work across multiple projects and campaigns for some of Leo Australia's biggest, bravest clients.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Own the process – manage projects end-to-end, turning briefs into delivery plans and driving seamless execution.
  • Keep it on track – manage timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple campaigns with confidence.
  • Champion craft – ensure every project meets the highest creative and production standards.
  • Manage the numbers – handle estimates, budgets, and cost tracking to hit commercial targets.
  • Collaborate brilliantly – work with Account, Creative, Production, and Studio teams to make ideas happen.
  • Be the go-to – lead direct-to-studio briefs and keep communication clear and efficient.
  • Align resources – partner with creative and traffic to keep milestones on track.
  • Solve smart – support Account Leads on production challenges and escalate when needed.
  • Drive better ways of working – help optimise workflows and improve delivery processes.
  • Bring the detail – stay proactive, solutions-focused, and accountable at every step.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Agency know-how – 3–5 years in project management, traffic, or production within a creative or integrated agency.

  • Multi-channel mastery – experience delivering work across digital, social, print, and film.

  • Hands-on delivery – skilled in managing timelines, budgets, estimates, and resourcing.

  • Team player – proven ability to collaborate with creative, account, and production teams.

  • Calm under pressure – confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Supplier savvy – experience working with external partners and production vendors.

  • Big-picture perspective – exposure to complex, high-volume, or multi-brand accounts is a plus.

  • Tech-friendly – familiarity with agency workflow tools and financial systems.

  • Process mindset – keen to improve workflows and champion best-practice delivery.
