Agency know-how – 3–5 years in project management, traffic, or production within a creative or integrated agency.
Multi-channel mastery – experience delivering work across digital, social, print, and film.
Hands-on delivery – skilled in managing timelines, budgets, estimates, and resourcing.
Team player – proven ability to collaborate with creative, account, and production teams.
Calm under pressure – confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Supplier savvy – experience working with external partners and production vendors.
Big-picture perspective – exposure to complex, high-volume, or multi-brand accounts is a plus.
Tech-friendly – familiarity with agency workflow tools and financial systems.
Process mindset – keen to improve workflows and champion best-practice delivery.
