PROJECT MANAGER – WEB & DIGITAL 

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team and lead the coordination and delivery of a wide range of digital assets for major multinational brands. In this role, you will manage eContent production, website updates, content audits, and platform maintenance tasks—ensuring smooth workflows, high-quality output, and on-time delivery. You’ll work under the guidance of the Delivery Lead and collaborate closely with the Project Management team, creative teams, and external partners across markets. 

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, confident in navigating complex digital workflows, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, multinational environments. 

What you’ll do 

• Coordinate daily project workflows with internal teams and external partners 

• Manage ongoing financial tasks, including issuing POs, processing invoices, and tracking internal and external project costs 

• Brief creative, design, SEO, development, and content editing teams 

• Review creative materials to ensure alignment with briefs, platform requirements, and best practices 

• Coordinate and conduct website content audits, ensuring accuracy and quality 

• Support delivery of eCommerce assets and various digital materials across platforms 

• Collaborate with third-party agencies (creative, translation, search, and more) 

• Ensure high-quality project execution within budget and according to agreed scope and timelines 

• Monitor delivery progress, identify potential risks, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout each project’s lifecycle 

What we are looking for 

• 2-3 years of project management experience, ideally in digital, eCommerce, or content-driven environments 

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills 

• Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

• Experience monitoring and controlling project budgets 

• Comfort working in structured workflows with established processes and rules of engagement 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes 

• Strong stress management skills and resilience—this role sits within a large global matrix serving major FMCG clients 

• Solid understanding of business cases, requirements documentation, and risk management processes 

• Confident decision-making abilities, even under pressure 

• Experience with website development, maintenance, or digital asset production 

• Nice to have: PMP or equivalent certification 

• Excellent time and risk management 

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills 

• Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
