In Publicis Groupe Colombia – Bogota, we are looking for a Regional Digital Lead, with more than 8 years of experience in the same role. This person will play a pivotal role in elevating the quality of digital work across local markets across all Latam. This position is responsible for disseminating best practices, overseeing strategic regional projects, and ensuring that local teams are equipped to deliver exceptional digital solutions that align with overarching the business objectives of the regional account. The Regional Digital Lead will act as a bridge between local markets and the regional team & digital priorities, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.


Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Local Markets:
    • Collaborate with local teams to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on local digital strategies and execution.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to ensure alignment with digital objectives and quality standards.
  • Elevate Quality of Work:
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and benchmarks for digital initiatives across markets. This includes, but is not limited to, digital cost guarantees & benchmarks oversight, viewability oversight and investment tracking across key digital vendors.
    • Work closely with local POU teams to assess and enhance the effectiveness of digital campaigns, providing actionable feedback. This doesn’t mean joining weekly IFOs across all markets but rather ensuring markets are best prepared to run the IFOs, having the right data, justifications where needed, as well as insights & actions.
  • Disseminate Best Practices:
    • Curate and share best practices and case studies from various Latam markets / subregions to promote continuous learning and improvement.
    • Organize training sessions and / or workshops to elevate the digital capabilities of local teams.
  • Oversee Strategic Regional Projects:
    • Lead and manage key strategic digital projects within the region, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints. A priority would be working with the POU Regional Team to develop a T&L agenda for the regional account with actions / pilots for each subregion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, around the subject of audiences to ensure adoption & implementation of the audience framework aligns with business goals and overall business strategy
  • Foster Collaboration:
    • Build strong relationships with local market business leads to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
    • Act as a mentor and coach to local digital teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Monitor Trends and Insights:
    • Stay on top of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to inform strategic decisions. Then share these with the POU community in whichever format (meeting, newsletter, etc…)
    • Analyse annual data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization for following year.

Cualificaciones

  • Deep understanding of digital strategies and their implementation with experience in digital campaign management tools.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance processes, able to set and oversee digital cost benchmarks, viewability, and investment tracking.
  • Expertise in analyzing performance metrics and annual data, utilizing analytics software to extract insights for optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and disseminate relevant information effectively.
  • Experience in leading and managing strategic digital projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Strong relationship-building and knowledge-sharing skills, experienced in mentoring and developing digital teams.
