At Publicis Production - Bogotá, we are seeking for a Regional Production Lead with at least 8 years of experience managing regional accounts. We are looking for a profile with exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, able to work effectively in teams and manage complex situations. The mission is to manage and continuously build strong client relationships, while overseeing and coordinating diverse teams to ensure the effective delivery of campaign assets across multiple brands and countries.


Responsabilidades

  • Manage and oversee various teams and client accounts across multiple countries within the assigned region.
  • Strategically influence demand to efficiently manage project pipelines.
  • Report on key insights around local actions such as global asset adoption rates, channel mix, or compliance.
  • Collaborate efficiently with local and virtual teams to ensure timely delivery of content and assets.
  • Exhibit a positive leadership attitude, supporting teams and managing challenges collaboratively.
  • Provide advisory during the briefing stage to maximize the effectiveness, understanding the complexity of pharmaceutical marketing briefs.
  • Manage key relationships with regional hubs, studio, and global colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Implement engagement plans following strategic resource allocation principles.

Cualificaciones

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience leading regional accounts.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present with authority and engage with senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Financial mindset with the ability to work on business planning and forecasting.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing is highly valued.
  • Ability to contribute to the smooth running of the business overall and deliver against client KPIs.
  • English proficiency C1
