Join our team as a Senior Account Manager, where you’ll lead innovative, insight-driven campaigns that shape culture and deliver measurable impact. You’ll bring strategic influencer and earned media vision, creative thinking, and flawless execution to integrated communications programs spanning earned media, social, influencer, experiential, and digital.

• Lead integrated campaigns combining earned media, social, influencer, and paid tactics.
• Be a driving force for the Centre of Excellence for Earned Media at MSL, as one of the go-to leaders on earned media strategy at the company. This role is in addition to account work and includes working with a team to provide company-wide weekly insights on media trends and journalist job movement, maintaining and developing strong relationships with journalists across Canada, pitch-hitting on MR campaigns to secure top targets, leading regular training on MR across the agency.
• Provide senior level influencer strategy including amplification guidance
• Build deep client relationships and translate business goals into powerful multi-platform strategies.
• Leverage data and insights to create campaigns that resonate.
• Lead measurement and reporting to demonstrate clear ROI
• Provide expert counsel on trends, issues, and best practices—be a trusted advisor.
• Inspire creativity, mentor and train junior talent, and ensure seamless execution across teams.

• Proven agency senior-level experience in PR with integrated campaign leadership, with a strong focus and passion for earned media.
• Senior-level influencer strategy and relationships
• Exceptional writing and pitching skills.
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and organizational excellence.
• Collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Skilled in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated senior-level aptitude for measurement, working with data and insights and actioning them into effective campaigns.
• Passion for storytelling, innovation, and delivering results.
• Previous experience working on clients in the corporate and FI space is an asset.
• Previous experience working on consumer-packaged goods is an asset

Salary

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD$80K-$90K per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
