Skill Requirements

CASB & DLP (Data Leakage Prevention) Administrator.

3+ / 5+ Years of Security domain experience

• Hands-on experience with Netskope CASB, Forcepoint DLP, and Microsoft DLP.
• Strong understanding of data protection principles and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of network security, cloud security, and endpoint protection.
• Knowledge on EDR & SIEM will be a value add.
• Familiarity with incident response and risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement, manage and maintain Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies. Netskope CASB, Forcepoint DLP and Microsoft DLP Administrator is preferred.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Netskope CASB, Forcepoint DLP, and Microsoft DLP solutions.
• Develop, Fine-tune and enforce DLP policies across endpoints, networks, and cloud applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CASB/DLP-related issues.
• In-depth knowledge of CASB & DLP modules, policies creation/finetuning, configuration, troubleshooting, Integration with other platforms, deployment, version upgrades, agent creation & deployment, patching, vulnerability remediation etc.
• Monitor and analyze security alerts, incidents, and logs to identify potential threats.
• Understand and follow the incident response process through event escalations. Respond to escalations by the Incident Response Team. Follow processes to maintain the CASB / DLP system.
• Understand business security requirements and develop accurate and realistic design plan along with risk mitigation solutions for the project.
• Able to take highly technical requirements & create easy to understand, complete standard operating procedures
• Completes assigned elements of IT security risk assessments and compliance audit.
• Stay updated on emerging threats and recommend enhancements to security posture.

Full Time Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

CEH |  CompTIA Security + | CHFI | Platform Specific Certification
