Overview

SENIOR CRM CAMPAIGN MANAGER 

We are looking for a Senior CRM Campaign Manager to lead large-scale, multi-market CRM campaigns for Pampers Club — a global rewards and content platform supporting parents from pregnancy until their baby outgrows diapers. Reaching 2.5M+ monthly active users across multiple regions, Pampers Club is one of the most impactful CRM ecosystems within P&G. 

In this role, you will oversee advanced personalization, segmentation, and complex technical setups across email, app, and push channels. You’ll manage multi-country CRM operations, shape campaign strategy in client-facing discussions, and lead a small team of Campaign Managers while ensuring flawless, high-quality execution. 

This position requires a strong mix of technical CRM knowledge, leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence — perfect for someone who thrives in complexity and enjoys owning high-impact CRM programs end-to-end. 

What you’ll do 

  • Lead planning, execution, and launch of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, app, push) using Braze or other enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Marketing Cloud) 
  • Shape CRM campaign strategy and lead client-facing discussions with confidence 
  • Own the CRM campaign calendar, ensuring on-time delivery and SLA compliance 
  • Conduct technical feasibility checks, campaign QA, and incident management for high-risk or complex scenarios 
  • Build advanced segmentation and personalization strategies across markets 
  • Collaborate with CRM Managers, Data Analysts, and Product teams to design optimal user journeys and lifecycle flows 
  • Review campaign skeletons, targeting logic, and technical setups inside the CRM platform 
  • Analyze dashboards and campaign performance results; present insights to clients and internal stakeholders 
  • Manage & mentor 2–3 direct reports (Junior Campaign Managers or similar roles), ensuring quality, consistency, and professional growth 
  • Drive process improvements, help implement global playbooks, and champion new CRM tools or approaches 
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple countries and partner teams 
  • Ensure consistent prioritization and alignment with direction provided by the Team Lead 

What we are looking for 

  • 5+ years’ experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign operations (agency, CRM tech company, or brand side) 
  • Hands-on expertise with at least one CRM platform — Braze preferred, but Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Marketing Cloud, or similar also welcome 
  • Strong capability in technical coordination and understanding CRM flow logic 
  • Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple countries or regions (FMCG experience is a strong advantage) 
  • Confident presenter with strong communication skills and comfort leading client discussions 
  • Advanced knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and testing strategies 
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading junior team members 
  • Excellent analytical abilities, comfortable interpreting dashboards and making recommendations 
  • Fluent English (written & spoken) 
  • Digitally savvy, familiar with broader digital marketing ecosystems 
  • Comfortable stepping outside of their comfort zone — and able to guide others through the same 
  • Empathetic mentor with a supportive leadership style
