• ~5 years of visual design experience (agency experience a plus)
• A solid portfolio showing strength in layout, typography, and concept
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, plus Figma or Miro
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Comfort designing across channels and formats
