As a Senior Director, Business Development for ANZ at Epsilon, you'll lead client servicing, account management and responsible for the delivery of innovative digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients, collaborating closely with Publicis teams as well as internal cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for driving Epsilon growth in ANZ, with a focus on Publicis clients, new client expansion, client retention and cross-sell, and exceptional servicing and strategic execution.

You will guide and collaborate with them to create innovative solutions for clients. It is a hands on role dedicated to growing Epsilon business in ANZ by partnering with Publicis Groupe.

What You’ll Achieve

  • As a Senior Director, Business Development, you will lead our ANZ team that engages in tight collaboration with Publicis and clients directly. Your primary responsibilities will be ensuring that you and your team exceed commercial goals while collaborating effectively with internal and external collaborators.
  • You will help us grow and evolve our ANZ business by building relationships with key Groupe partners, securing new accounts, educating client teams, cross-selling products and servicing current accounts through Account Management flawless execution.
  • You will develop connections with key decision makers within Publicis and clients
  • You will coordinate internal resources for the successful delivery of solutions for all clients
  • You'll have ample opportunities for career growth, with access to unlimited online training, workshops with industry experts, and peer-to-peer learning.

  • What you’ll bring with you:
    • Commercially driven approach with an eagerness to identify opportunities for growth and contribute to business success.
    • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage time effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing and a passion for big data and technology.
    • Ability to think analytically and tell data-driven stories.
    • Capable of leading and growing a team, while serving in a “player / mentor” role
  • Why you might stand out from other talent:
    • 10+ years of professional sales, marketing, SaaS, and client management experience (agency experience is a big plus)
    • Experience across key marketing components including strategy, analytics, media performance, forecasting.
    • Ability to assess client objectives and formulate strategy directly to those client objectives utilising the Epsilon full product offerings.
    • Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling in a player/coach role, managing your own pipeline and clients along with those within your team
    • Strong business understanding and ability to plan effectively, especially related to pipeline management and revenue forecasting
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
    • Works well in a team/highly collaborative environment
    • Demonstrated sales & business development experience
