Responsabilità

• Oversee the agency’s full management control cycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency,
and timeliness of all financial data.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and business KPIs at both
local and international levels.
• Partner with the Finance Director and the leadership team by providing strategic
financial insights and recommendations supporting mid- and long-term planning.
• Supervise cost allocation across clients, projects, and departments, ensuring precise
profitability tracking.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly closing processes in collaboration with Accounting,
Project Management, and global corporate teams.
• Implement and enhance reporting tools and processes, driving continuous
improvement of financial workflows.
• Liaise with internal and international stakeholders (HQ, regional hubs, global finance)
ensuring compliance with group policies and guidelines.
• Support internal and external audit activities and ensure adherence to applicable
accounting standards.
• Identify cost-optimization opportunities and proactively propose initiatives to
strengthen agency profitability

Qualifiche

• 5+ years of experience in management control or financial planning roles, ideally
gained within multinational environments, consultancy firms, media agencies, or
creative/communications companies.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, and financial analysis.
• Proven international experience, with exposure to cross-country teams, processes, or
direct collaboration with global HQ functions.
• Proficiency with major reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Tableau or
similar).
• Advanced command of Excel and solid financial modelling skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and high attention to
detail.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects
with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders
at all levels.
• Fluent English (C1), written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
