We are looking for a Senior Producer to be a vital part of our In-house Digital and Content Production team! 

As a Senior Producer, you will oversee the business and financial matters of all production. You will be responsible for building the budget for the production, managing preparations, the shoot, and handover to post-production. Besides, you will be responsible for budgets, contracts, talents, permissions needed, and you will represent Publicis Groupe Hungary towards Clients. 

Roles & Responsibilites: 

• Responsible for production budgets, oversees payments 

• Preparations prior shooting and organizing of post-production 

• Facilitates and arranges contracting, organizes paperwork, permits required for production 

• Coordinates with talents involved – availability, scheduling 

• Receives and digests briefs, prepares re-briefs 

• Participates on photo shoots as creative 

• Conceptualization 

• Utilizes provided technology (workflows, DAM, resource management tools) to support production workflows 

• Ensures production workflows are adhered to and define, communicate and enforce production standards 

Requirements: 

• 5 - 10 years of experience in Production environment as an active producer 

• Fluent English skills 

• Understanding of production, post-production and adaptation project workflows 

• Results driven and proactive 

• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills  

• Working knowledge of technology including office 360, frame.io, Monday.com 

• Able to adapt to new working methods & technology advances 

• Excellent time management skills, organized and detail oriented & multi-tasking abilities
