Publicis RED+ is a new, custom agency set up within Publicis Groupe, largely based in DACH and UK, but with team members all around the world. We have a new assignment for the global Derma and Healthcare business of Beiersdorf, the fastest growing skincare company in the world. Our sister agency Publicis One Touch handles the global NIVEA business since 2019 in local, regional and global markets, creating even more scale for our agency business.  

RED+ brands include highly successful Eucerin/Aquaphor (dermatological face/body care), and Hansaplast (wound care), both brands with deep heritage and very bright futures. Our scope of work is end-to-end, including all global strategic, creative and production duties, as well as market implementation. Our remit is to usher in a new era of brand leadership and global consistency for these brands.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our PMO team in Hamburg. 

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, successfully managing complex projects from concept to delivery.

• Strong knowledge of modern project management principles, processes, and software, including Microsoft Office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

• Experience in digital project implementation, including production workflows.

• Strong client orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations diplomatically.

• High initiative, goal-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.

• Excellent German and English skills, both written and verbal.
