We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our team and lead the organic search strategy for complex, high-impact digital ecosystems. You will be responsible for defining and executing end-to-end SEO strategies, working closely with cross-functional client teams and internal specialists to drive sustainable organic growth.
This role requires a strong combination of strategic vision, technical SEO expertise, and stakeholder management skills, operating in international and enterprise-level environments. You will act as a key SEO reference, ensuring best practices, governance, and quality across all SEO initiatives, from technical implementations to content and authority strategies.
Define, lead, and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to drive organic growth, aligned with business objectives and quarterly OKRs.
Own the SEO roadmap (short, mid, and long term), including prioritization, dependencies, and risk management.
Lead SEO initiatives for product launches, category pages, and conversion-focused landing pages.
Oversee technical SEO implementation: crawlability, indexation, rendering, site architecture, interlinking, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
Conduct regular SEO audits (technical, content, and authority) and translate findings into actionable tickets.
Manage SEO through ticketing systems, ensuring clear requirements, SLAs, QA validation, and proper documentation (all work is ticket-based).
Collaborate closely with cross-functional client teams (Marketing, IT, Product, Content, Global teams) to ensure SEO best practices are correctly implemented.
Define SEO requirements for CMS and development workflows, including pre-release checklists and post-release validation.
Coordinate and supervise content SEO strategies: keyword research, search intent mapping, content clusters, cannibalization management, and content consolidation.
Lead link earning and digital PR initiatives, monitoring backlink quality and authority signals.
Monitor SEO performance using dashboards (GA4, GSC, Looker Studio or similar), providing insights, learnings, and next steps.
Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies impacting search (including AI-driven search and GEO).
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
+5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in complex, enterprise, or multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
Proven experience managing SEO through CMS platforms (valuable experience with AEM and/or Builder.io).
Experience working with e-commerce platforms and SEO for large catalogs (valuable experience with Magento).
Solid understanding of SEO QA processes, release management, and validation workflows.
Experience working with ticketing and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana or similar).
High analytical capacity and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
Full professional proficiency in English (100% of the role is in English).
