Overview

LANGUAGE LEVEL:

  • English B2+ Upper Intermediate (Must Have)

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field.

 

YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:

  • 6 months – 1 year  of experience.

 


Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Setup social campaigns, within each required platform, following agency and advertiser guidelines.
    • Co-Participate in weekly status calls
    • Monitoring the health of your campaigns, ongoing optimization efforts to meet 
    campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website 
    conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the 
    client's objectives.
    • Ensuring the quality of deliverables and campaign set up within the social media 
    platforms.
    • Proactively makes suggestions and troubleshoots issues.
    • Maintain daily communication with the client’s campaign managers.
    • Report any issues that can spark within the operation promptly.
    • Deliver recommendations, execution & analysis of beta tests, new platforms, 
    optimization strategies and vendors
    • Assist to Social and Digital media training sessions and complete the required 
    certification and updates
    • Connect daily with global account team over email, IM and/or video conference as 
    necessary to ensure flawless execution of deliverables. 
    • Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to client.
    • Help develop documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies 
    within the team and the group.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends through advertising and media journals and recognized marketing source.
    • Generate powerful insights that add value to campaign performance and focus on 
    better results

Qualifications

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Must-Have: 
• Basic knowledge of Digital marketing, specifically in social paid media. (Platform: Meta
Ads Manager)
• Reporting experience.
• Medium Excel knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in digital media and advertising.
• Strong communication skills.
• Data analysis
• Math Skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Results-driven mindset.
• Basic analytical thinking.


Additional information

 

Nice to Have (Not Required): 
• Basic familiarity with at least one social media platform, such as:
o LinkedIn Ads
o TikTok for Business
o Snapchat Ads
o Pinterest Ads
• Strong knowledge in one/two of the following fields:
o Community Management
o Media planning
o Media Buying
o Creative strategy
o Bidding Management Tools
• Interest in learning digital tools, such as:
o Ad Serving Platforms: GCM, Sizmek
o Bidding Tools: Marin, Kenshoo, 4C
o Verification Tools: IAS, MOA
