We are seeking an exceptional SVP of Strategy & Analytics to lead insight-led thinking, creator intelligence, and strategic rigor across one of the largest and most dynamic portfolios in the healthcare industry This is a marquee leadership role responsible for shaping the vision, practice, and output of Strategy & Analytics across four business divisions, with direct impact on how our work drives brand equity, influence, and growth.
This leader will serve as a key thought partner to client-side leadership, guiding how influence is activated, measured, and evolved across the brand portfolio. You’ll lead a team of strategists and analysts, translating culture, data, and platform trends into creator-first strategies that deliver business results.
This is a pivotal leadership role, shaping momentum, driving clarity, and raising the bar for what data-led influence can do.

Compensation Range: $190,000 - $240,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
