Overview

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage the full recruitment process end-to-end, from the first briefing to the final offer, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and professional experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers. You’ll work closely with the Talent team, Finance, and our business units to attract top talent, strengthen our employer brand, and help shape the future of our teams. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own the recruitment process – run briefings, post roles, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offers. 
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers – understand their needs, provide insights, and deliver great hiring experiences. 
  • Champion candidate experience – keep communication clear, feedback timely, and every interaction positive. 
  • Enhance employer branding – write compelling job ads and support initiatives that showcase our culture. 
  • Lead our Referral Program – promote, track, and improve the process to engage internal talent advocates. 
  • Track and optimize results – monitor KPIs like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and satisfaction scores to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Own our ATS (iCIMS) - conduct deep-dive mastery of the platform and fully leverage its capabilities to improve hiring efficiency, data accuracy, reporting, and recruiter/hiring-manager experience. 

What We’re Looking For 

You’re someone who’s passionate about connecting people with opportunities and making the hiring experience outstanding. 

  • You bring 1–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in volume hiring. 
  • Experience recruiting for marketing, media, creative, or production roles is a strong plus. 
  • You love sourcing – from LinkedIn Recruiter to creative channels, you know how to find hidden talent. 
  • You stay positive, proactive, and adaptable, even when things move fast. 
  • You’re a trusted partner to Hiring Managers and communicate with clarity and confidence. 
  • You have a great eye for both skills and cultural fit. 
  • You think in data, track your progress, and care about the details. 
  • You keep our ATS clean and updated because you know process matters. 
  • You genuinely care about candidate experience and inclusive hiring. 
  • You’re curious and growth-minded, always learning about new tools and trends.
