Overview

As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that enhance business performance, with a primary focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders to optimize sales processes, improve customer engagement, and enable data-driven decision-making through scalable, high-impact Salesforce architectures.

 


Responsibilities

Your Impact

  • Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that streamline lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and sales performance.

  • Leverage Service Cloud capabilities to support efficient case management, omnichannel customer support, and knowledge base optimization.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate sales and service requirements into robust, scalable technical designs.

  • Define best practices for data model design, security, automation (Flows, Process Builder, Apex), and integration with external systems (ERP, marketing, analytics).

  • Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and Salesforce best practices.

  • Partner with functional teams to drive CRM adoption and maximize ROI from the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, particularly enhancements to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and proactively recommend adoption strategies.


Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud (lead-to-cash, pipeline management, forecasting, territory management, quote-to-order).

  • Strong understanding of Service Cloud architecture, including case routing, omni-channel, knowledge management, and service analytics.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative tools).

  • Experience designing and integrating Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale, including API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, role hierarchy, security model, and governance best practices.

  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical designs into business outcomes for executive stakeholders.

Set Yourself Apart With

  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Sales Cloud Consultant.

  • Proven success in large-scale Sales Cloud transformations (forecasting, CPQ, opportunity management, or partner relationship management).

  • Experience implementing Service Cloud capabilities such as omni-channel routing, Knowledge, or Experience Cloud for customer self-service.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with additional Salesforce products such as CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Einstein Analytics.
