We are looking for a Technology PMO Intern to directly support the General Technology Lead in managing cross-functional technology projects at Publicis Groupe Spain. This will be a key role in organizing information, coordinating teams, and preparing executive and technical documentation to drive the group's technological transformation.

• Provide support in monitoring technology projects using tools such as GitHub (tasks, roadmap, deliveries)
• Assist in the creation and updating of technical documentation (diagrams, workflows, schematics).
• Collaborate in the preparation of internal presentations.
• Support coordination with internal and external teams, and the collection of information for monitoring reports.
• Keep information organized in collaborative tools such as Confluence, Notion, or SharePoint.

• Currently a last year student or pursuing a master's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, GitHub, PowerPoint, Miro, or similar.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Organized person with good communication skills and a desire to learn in a collaborative and technological environment.

Details

· Duration: 6 months, extendable for another 6 months.

· Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week.

· Compensation: €400 gross/month.

· Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 14:00.

· Requirement: Ability to formalize an internship agreement with a university or business school.
