Publicis Media's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader, who will manage and lead the overall talent acquisition strategy for one of our brands and will have the experience in working with the full life-cycle talent acquisition process. They will develop and implement effective, market leading strategies for the attraction, sourcing, screening, selection, and hiring of high caliber candidates for one of our brands. We are looking for an industry professional who can operate at both a strategic and a tactical level. Someone who can lead and develop the current team of Recruitment professionals, as well as provide counsel to our strategic partners.
The VP will oversee a team of recruiters while driving effective hiring practices and processes. They will ensure all team members focus on a high-quality candidate experience, consistent with the organization’s employer brand and integrated with the strategic vision. They must have a sharp eye for talented candidates and must be able to acquire them for the agency. You will be helping one of our brands attract and retain the best talent in the market. You will also ensure that our agency has an excellent employer brand and build strong relationships with existing employees and candidates.
The VP, Talent Acquisition will report directly to the EVP, Talent and be based in our Chicago office.

Compensation Range: $146,490 - $210,420 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
