We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications (must have), ensuring a seamless user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and project managers, to create visually compelling designs aligned with project goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interface elements, including layouts, menus, buttons, icons, and interactions, for native iOS and Android applications, as well as responsive web platforms.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity designs.
• Maintain and enhance design systems to ensure consistency across all projects.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for performance, usability, and secure transactional experiences (e.g., financial services, e-commerce).
• Utilize Figma for production design, ensuring seamless developer hand-off and implementation.
• Work closely with developers to align design implementation with intended vision and functionality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance product design.
• Incorporate client feedback to refine designs and meet project requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UI design with expertise in agile delivery.
• Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
• Proficiency in Figma for production design and developer hand-off.
• Strong expertise in mobile native UI (iOS and Android) and responsive web UI design.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing secure transactional experiences, such as financial services and e-commerce applications.
• Strong production design skills, including detailed execution and maintenance of design systems.
• Experience working closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion design or prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, ProtoPie, or similar).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Understanding of branding and how to align UI designs with a brand’s identity.
