We are seeking a detail-oriented Webmaster to join one of our squad. The Webmaster will be responsible for the upkeep, performance, and enhancement of our client websites, ensuring they meet high standards of functionality, security, and user engagement. You're a proactive professional who can collaborate with cross-functional team members to improve digital experiences and support strategic objectives through effective website management and maintenance.

1. Content Management:
○ Update and manage digital content using content management systems (CMS),
ensuring accuracy and relevancy across all web pages.
○ Collaborate with content creators to ensure timely and effective publication of new
content, optimizing for SEO.
2. Analytics and Reporting:
○ Set up and manage website analytics tools to track key performance indicators
(KPIs) and user interactions.
○ Provide regular reports and insights to the squad and stakeholders, identifying
opportunities for improvement.
3. Enhancement and Innovation:
○ Proactively suggest and implement new features or functionalities to enhance
website performance and user engagement.
○ Stay informed of emerging technologies and trends in web management and
development, recommending their application within projects.
4. Collaboration and Support:
○ Work closely with squad members, including designers, developers, and content
creators, to support agile project delivery and continuous improvement.
○ Contribute to squad meetings and planning sessions to align on goals, deliverables,
and user-focused outcomes.
5. Website Maintenance and Optimization:
○ Oversee regular website performance checks, updates, and troubleshooting to
ensure optimal functionality, speed, and user experience.
○ Collaborate with developers and designers to implement design and content
updates, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
6. Security and Compliance:
○ Monitor website security and proactively address vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance
with best practices and industry standards.

○ Implement security measures, such as firewalls and encryption, and conduct regular audits to protect data integrity and user privacy.

• 3+ years of experience in website management, design, or development.
• Proficiency in web content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Craft)
• Understanding of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-
  oriented environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in cross-functional team settings is a
  plus.
