As a working student (m/f/d) within the Product team, you will focus on Product Management.

You will work closely with a cross-functional team consisting of product managers, designers, engineers to create requirements that are by the team, for the team.

Among other things, you will mainly learn and be responsible for:

• Providing valuable support in managing scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Review and Retrospective, and Daily Scrum
• Collaborating with product managers to support documentation of user interviews and requirements
• Helping to prepare presentations about SCRUM, product management and design practices for the internal teams
• Helping to derive new features from data and stakeholder requirements
• Helping to build product documentation materials
• Conducting user interviews
• Helping to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Optimizing processes in and around the product team

• Currently enrolled in a degree related to the topics of UI/UX design, Service Design, Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Business Administration or a comparable field degree
• First experience working with product management, software and test engineers, and with project management
• Experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques would be valuable
• Solid grasp of Agile Methodology, particularly Scrum and first experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical details into clear and concise English
