The Opportunity
As part of the Deals team, you engage in deal integration and potential realization, focusing on human capital aspects. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exemplary standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You support HR functional standalone and synergy assessments during diligence and contribute to broader M&A efforts around change management, organization design, onboarding, training, workforce transition, and communications and culture.
Responsibilities
- Engage in deal integration with a focus on human capital
- Conduct HR functional assessments during due diligence
- Contribute to change management and organization design efforts
- Support onboarding, training, and workforce transition initiatives
- Develop communication strategies and foster cultural alignment
- Analyze complex problems and provide actionable insights
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills
- Build and maintain enduring client relationships
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management preferred
- Demonstrating business acumen and analytical skills
- Excelling in relationship management and collaboration
- Supporting HR functional assessments during diligence
- Communicating effectively in various formats
