The Opportunity
As part of the Finance Consulting team you are to work within Finance Transformation, focusing on the Order-to-Cash cycle, including ordering, billing, payments, and collections processes. As a Manager, you are to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for securing project success and maintaining top standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams in evaluating the Order-to-Cash cycle, including identifying and quantifying opportunities for improvement as compared to leading practices, recommending improvements to business processes, systems and system architecture, controls, policies, data flows and master data governance and maintenance
- Guide and mentor team members to develop their skills
- Solve complex problems to deliver consistent results
- Work with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Manage client accounts and oversee engagement workstreams
- Implement leading practices for project management and execution
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Having a proven record in subscription and monetization models
- Significant abilities in Order-to-Cash cycle and revenue recognition
- Knowledge of enabling technologies for finance and accounting
- Familiarity with global compliance and regulatory requirements
- Proven record in analyzing and improving finance processes
- Possessing extensive abilities with Salesforce, Zuora, and Oracle billing, revenue and subscription management solutions
- Significant abilities with BillingPlatform, Blackline O2C, HighRadius, and GetPaid
