Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services team you will oversee the establishment and management of quality assurance and validation processes that align with business needs. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations while mentoring the next generation of leaders. This role requires a focus on client satisfaction and adherence to quality and risk policies.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preferred Degree in Engineering and Business

- ITIL Certified Certification preferred

- Establishing and managing QA & Validation processes

- Conducting independent risk assessments and alignments

- Aligning Service Contracts and Financials

- Assessing Client Data Protection planning and execution

- Providing leadership inputs as a Subject Matter Advisor

- Monitoring industry developments for Managed Services

- Directing and mentoring staff with talent management focus

- Detail-oriented with proven analytical and problem-solving skills

- Possessing significant knowledge of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
