The Opportunity
As part of the Partner Product Strategy & Technology team you will lead initiatives that bridge HR and Talent technologies with product strategy, enabling scalable, data-driven solutions for partner operations. As a Manager you will supervise, develop, and coach teams while managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams to deliver exceptional results. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions through data analytics and process enhancement, working with cross-functional teams to align HR data systems with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor teams to enhance performance and deliverables
- Utilize data analytics to influence strategic decision-making
- Drive process enhancement to create scalable, data-driven solutions

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 4 years of HRIS, people analytics, or HR operations experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Business Analytics preferred
- Demonstrating success in managing client needs
- Leading HRIS and analytics initiatives for operational efficiency
- Developing dashboards and reporting tools for strategic decisions
- Working with cross-functional teams for alignment
- Proactively identifying and driving process improvements
- Managing projects related to HR technology implementation
- Supporting stakeholder engagement across various departments
- Possessing experience in supporting Oracle HR & Talent Cloud or similar HR & talent management systems
-Hybrid position 50% in office
