You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the Salesforce Consulting team, you will help transform how clients run their businesses by delivering technology-enabled Quote-to-Cash solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex client challenges, mentor junior team members, and uphold exceptional standards in project execution. What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- Master's degree in Computer & Information Science, MIS, or related field preferred

- Conga, Zuora or Salesforce Revenue Cloud certification preferred

- Exposure to Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, Billing, ERP, or Revenue solutions

- Excelling in analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Translating requirements into clear solution designs

- Supporting Phase 0 activities for Revenue Cloud programs

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
