  • Conduct rigorous online quality checks in process and packaging areas, verifying FLI standards for peelers, fryers, slicers, and seasoning systems.
  • Perform visual inspections, weak link analysis, and PAE evaluations hourly to detect and rectify deviations promptly.
  • Monitor fryer oil utilization, slicer blade changes, and peeler maintenance to optimize quality and reduce wastage.
  • Lead quality wall meetings, communicate corrective actions to shift in-charges, and escalate crises to the Quality Manager.
  • Handle hold materials with NCD tagging (Red, White, Yellow), ensuring clearance within 48 hours and compliance with FSSA and Weights & Measures laws.
  • Maintain SAP entries, shift reports, weekly/monthly quality summaries, and housekeeping audits for hygiene and safety.
  • Drive root cause analysis for defects and customer complaints, implementing action plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Support training on TPOD, oil quality, and packaging, while conducting process capability studies to enhance Cp/Cpk.
