• Maintaining accurate data entries for raw and packaging materials in designated data sheets.
• Controlling non-conforming materials through PepsiCo's Hold and Release guidelines upon receiving.
• Conducting verification testing and closing hold incidents as per established procedures.
• Collecting, labeling, and storing PepsiCo reference samples for PC and NPC lines, ensuring availability for research or root cause analysis.
• Handling oil sampling and quality analysis at the point of receiving.
• Performing routine and scheduled calibrations of lab equipment per ASHA requirements.
• Ensuring shift-wise deep cleaning of lab equipment and upholding 5S standards in the lab, quality wall, and reference room.
