Position Summary

Join Sonoco as a Quality Control Inspector in Berkel en Rodenrijs and play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality. In this full-time, mid-level position, you will ensure compliance with quality protocols, perform inspections, and contribute to continuous improvement in our production processes. Safety is paramount—every employee is responsible for adhering to safety regulations, reporting incidents, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute line controls, measurements, and registrations according to KZ protocols.
• Collect reference samples, approve or block production, and prepare blockage reports for the QEHS Manager.
• Conduct incoming controls and reject non-compliant products.
• Train and instruct team members on quality protocols and measurement equipment.
• Support trial injections, validations, and quality projects in collaboration with the QEHS Manager.
• Monitor product groups, signal quality issues early, and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in quality execution or equivalent MBO-level education.
• Strong knowledge of measurement techniques, including medical applications.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent MS Office skills and computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with proactive, reliable, and customer-friendly attitude.
