Team Development

Build and develop the Petrolina quality team through training, leadership, and personnel management. Facilitate execution of physicochemical, microbiological, sensory controls, and food safety programs across local teams.

Systems and Audits

Coordinate internal audits, identify improvement needs, and maintain continuous enhancement of the Food Quality and Safety Management System (SGQSA). Manage plant quality indicators, negotiate targets, and monitor action plans.

Strategic and Financial Oversight

Support strategic planning for the Quality area, identify Capex opportunities, and manage budgets to optimize plant resources effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related fields. Solid experience in the food industry is essential, along with deep knowledge of food safety and quality control programs. Proven team management skills, a sense of urgency, responsibility, initiative, creativity, strong interpersonal relations, and communication are key. You should excel in planning, control, organization, and meticulous execution. Intermediate English and Spanish are desirable.
