  • Monitor tests, report non-conformances to service providers, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Perform regular audits of RM/PM stores for storage conditions, FIFO/FEFO, and allergen controls.
  • Implement food safety policies, GMP, GHP, and adhere to master cleaning schedules.
  • Ensure lab safety, GLP per ASHA, and prepare for internal/external audits like HACCP and AIB.
  • Drive ASHA compliance site-wide and conduct personnel hygiene checks.
  • Communicate root cause analysis to vendors and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
  • Manage KC 13 documents, coordinate AA samples, and ensure equipment calibration.
  • Train RMPM stores, 3PL, and lab staff on technical, quality, and food safety protocols.
  • Compile GSM data, exception reports, and RMPM quality reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates should possess:

  • B.Sc., B.Tech, or M.Sc. in Food Technology or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in food manufacturing, specifically in RM/PM checking.
  • Strong knowledge of RM/PM testing, food safety systems, QA systems, and GMP policies.
