  • Oversee quality KPIs, measurements, risk assessments, work instructions, and lead internal/external audits.
  • Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes for seamless integration of new equipment.
  • Manage Material Review Board (MRB) processes for non-conforming parts.
  • Work with enterprise systems and multiple cross-functional interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Global Quality teams and handle customer complaints from international markets.
  • Promote and lead plant-wide quality improvement projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Practical Engineer diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Industrial Engineering or Quality – required.
  • Training and/or experience in Quality Management – strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in an industrial environment, preferably food and beverage sector.
