Candidates must hold a B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Food Science or Engineering, paired with substantial CPG experience: 10 years for B.Sc., 7 for M.Sc., or 5 for Ph.D. Proven track record in product or process commercialization, optimization, and productivity improvements is required.
