Role Overview

The R&D Specification Management Analyst position at PepsiCo's Mexico Capability Center (MCC) in San Nicolas de los Garza, Nuevo Leon, supports global R&D efforts by ensuring precise ingredient specifications. Ideal for early-career professionals in food science, this opportunity offers exposure to international operations, process optimization, and supply chain resilience in the dynamic food and beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in safeguarding product quality and supply continuity. Key duties include developing clear ingredient specifications from initial readiness to supplier qualification, upholding standards for ingredients, suppliers, and formulas. You will collaborate with R&D, PD, FS, RA, QA, Procurement, SQA teams, and external suppliers as the primary contact for technical data and questionnaires.
