The R&D Specification Management role in Hyderabad, Telangana, is a pivotal position within PepsiCo's Global Business Services (GBS) framework. This full-time opportunity supports R&D teams in Mexico Business Services (MBS) and Hyderabad Business Services (HBS), ensuring seamless specification development for formulas, ingredients, and packaging worldwide. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll leverage internal and external resources to deliver high-quality specifications from inception to approval. Key duties include:

• Developing or updating ingredient, formula, and packaging specifications that are clear, concise, and accurate.
• Learning and upholding PepsiCo's standards for ingredients, suppliers, formulas, and packaging.
• Fostering relationships with in-market R&D teams, GBS colleagues, and external suppliers.
• Interacting with stakeholders like Product Development (PD), Food Safety (FS), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Quality Assurance (QA), Procurement, and Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Managing supplier data collection, questionnaires, and alignment on spec details.
• Initiating material testing for foods and beverages and validating quality parameters.
• Maintaining and uploading specs into systems like Product Vision and SAP, while tracking workflows.
• For packaging specs, conducting Individual Component Specification (ICS) reviews and securing approvals.
• Processing requests within SLAs, escalating issues to prevent supply disruptions.
