Key Responsibilities at Lululemon

As a Raw Material Junior Developer, you'll own the end-to-end development workflow. Here's what you'll do daily:

• Facilitate development workflow from initial concepts through technical developments to seasonal release, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Deliver seasonal colour inputs aligned with GTM calendar gates for print and garment dye projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with RM colouration, design, merch, and product development teams for transparency and efficiency.
• Build strong partner relationships, providing clear directions on seasonal readiness and expectations.
• Maintain FlexPLM data integrity, creating and updating colour BOMs throughout the season.
• Manage multiple deadlines across product lifecycles with objective communication.
• Drive special projects and track development status to Lululemon's quality standards.
• Apply business knowledge to optimize raw material developments for performance apparel.
• Ensure technical quality matches design intent in every print and colour innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a Lululemon Raw Material Junior Developer, you need:

• Superior Munsell 100 colour test rating—colour expertise is non-negotiable.
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Design, Pattern Making, or Product Development (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years in Raw Materials, Print Design, Technical Development, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of fabrics, print processes, and garment dyeing timelines.
• Proficiency in FlexPLM, Photoshop, Illustrator, Smartsheet, SharePoint, MS Office.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and communicate technical details clearly.
• Must be based in Vancouver with Canadian work authorization.
