Key Responsibilities at Lululemon

As a Raw Materials Developer in Taipei, your impact will be felt across the product lifecycle. Here's what you'll do daily:

• Develop and commercialize a comprehensive fabric toolbox meeting rigorous technical and quality standards for ultimate guest performance and satisfaction.
• Execute seasonal developments on time per the Go-To-Market (GTM) calendar to keep Lululemon ahead of trends.
• Maintain data integrity in Smartsheet, including historical updates, fabric DNA profiles, and E-signed tech specs.
• Populate FlexPLM/CBX systems with all essential technical information for seamless collaboration.
• Innovate performance fabrics inspired by guest needs to enhance experiences and build business foundations.
• Build strong relationships with mills, understanding and leveraging their technical capabilities.
• Provide expert technical support to designers and garment teams on fabric construction and vendor delivery.
• Attend industry trade shows, fairs, and SSC visits to stay connected and apply cutting-edge knowledge to Lululemon products.
• Align all developments with Lululemon's global sourcing strategy for efficiency and excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Lululemon's Raw Materials Developer in Taipei, you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textiles, or related field + minimum 5 years in production environments.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills—essential for Asia-Pacific supplier collaboration.
• Technical textile mastery: fibers, yarn, construction, finishes, printing, production flows, and commercialization.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, FlexPLM/CBX, and analysis/reporting.
• Asia supplier experience and familiarity with testing standards, cross-functional calendars (design, sourcing, QA).
• Proven problem-solver with independent/teamwork skills, attention to detail, and influence in teams.
