Role Overview

The Rayong Financial Controller at Cardinal Health oversees all finance and accounting functions at our Rayong, Thailand plant. Reporting to the Finance Controller in Japan, this senior leadership role ensures timely, accurate reporting, robust internal controls, and compliance with corporate policies and Thai statutory regulations. You'll provide strategic financial insights to plant management, lead budgeting and forecasting, and foster a high-performing finance team. Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you'll drive financial excellence across the plant. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing overall finance and accounting to meet reporting schedules, accuracy standards, and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
• Providing financial advice and analysis for key management decisions, including budgetary control and capital expenditure appraisals.
• Directing month-end Controller’s reports, monthly forecasts, and annual budget processes.
• Developing and implementing efficient internal control procedures and financial information systems.
• Leading management accounting, product costing, pricing, cash flow planning, and statutory document control.
• Ensuring safety compliance, accident reporting, and employee adherence to environmental health policies.
• Participating in international projects and contributing to plant leadership for enhanced employee engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Rayong Financial Controller, candidates must demonstrate:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.
• 8-10 years of experience in management accounting, cost accounting, finance, internal controls, tax, and legal requirements.
• CPD registration in Thailand (CPA preferred), with manufacturing environment experience and senior stakeholder management.
• Proven track record in matrix organizations with international exposure.
• Native Thai speaker with excellent business English (verbal and written).
• Computer literacy, SAP knowledge advantageous; strong business acumen, leadership, analytical skills.
