Role Overview

The Readiness Services Consultant role at CrowdStrike is a strategic position focused on partnering with customers to enhance their incident response readiness and maximize their investment in CrowdStrike Services. Based remotely in Australia (flexible within Australia, Singapore, and Japan), this full-time opportunity combines relationship management, technical advisory, and program optimization. You'll play a pivotal role in preparing clients for cybersecurity investigations, driving preparedness through education and planning, and contributing to the evolution of our Services business. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver incident readiness exercises and workshops to prepare CrowdStrike Services clients for initial response and cybersecurity investigations.
• Facilitate high-level conversations with cybersecurity technical and executive stakeholders on complex incident response and preparedness concepts.
• Manage and expand strategic relationships with Services retainer customers via structured account management and regular engagements.
• Drive customer preparedness through targeted education, strategic planning, and optimization of their CrowdStrike Services investment.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Sales and Delivery teams to align customer needs with service capabilities.
• Execute timely account reviews, follow-up documentation, service scoping, and develop customer success plans with actionable next steps.
• Contribute to program enhancement initiatives, best practices development, and team pipeline growth through account expansion.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as a Readiness Services Consultant, you'll bring proven experience in cybersecurity services, incident response, customer success, or advisory consulting.
