The Readiness Services Consultant role at CrowdStrike is a strategic position focused on partnering with customers to enhance their incident response readiness and maximize their investment in CrowdStrike Services. Based remotely in Australia (flexible within Australia, Singapore, and Japan), this full-time opportunity combines relationship management, technical advisory, and program optimization. You'll play a pivotal role in preparing clients for cybersecurity investigations, driving preparedness through education and planning, and contributing to the evolution of our Services business. Strong project coordination skills, with a customer-service focus, are critical, as is excellence in written and verbal communication.
