Role Overview

The Readiness Services Consultant role at CrowdStrike is a strategic position focused on partnering with customers to enhance their incident response readiness and maximize their investment in CrowdStrike Services. Based remotely in Australia (flexible within Australia, Singapore, and Japan), this full-time opportunity combines relationship management, technical advisory, and program optimization.   • Manage and expand strategic relationships with Services retainer customers via structured account management and regular engagements.
  • Drive customer preparedness through targeted education, strategic planning, and optimization of their CrowdStrike Services investment.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with Sales and Delivery teams to align customer needs with service capabilities.
  • Execute timely account reviews, follow-up documentation, service scoping, and develop customer success plans with actionable next steps.
  • Contribute to program enhancement initiatives, best practices development, and team pipeline growth through account expansion.
