As a Vendedor(a) Pronta Entrega (Ready Delivery Sales Representative) at PepsiCo in São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo, Brazil, you will be the frontline ambassador for our iconic brands in the Votuporanga, Fernandópolis, and São José do Rio Preto regions. Lead negotiations, sales, and deliveries of PepsiCo product lines within your designated channel, upholding the highest standards of execution.
Guarantee achievement or exceedance of sales goals, fostering sustainable growth for your route while adhering to commercial policies.
Utilize the company vehicle responsibly, ensuring optimal operation, preservation, and compliance with traffic laws and PepsiCo policies.
Operate the data collector device as per company guidelines for efficient sales tracking and inventory management.
Maintain rigorous adherence to fiscal, financial, accounting, and commercial standards to support business integrity.
To succeed in this role, candidates need a complete High School education. Prior experience in sales, especially in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), is highly preferred. A valid CNH category C, D, or E driver's license is mandatory due to the delivery-focused nature of the position.
