As a Vendedor(a) Pronta Entrega (Ready Delivery Sales Representative) at PepsiCo in Valinhos, São Paulo, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and ensuring seamless product delivery across routes in Jundiaí, Louveira, Itupeva, Várzea Paulista, Campo Limpo Paulista, and Itatiba. This full-time role requires a valid CNH category C, D, or E license and focuses on negotiating sales, executing deliveries, and surpassing sales goals while upholding company standards. Operate company-provided vehicles responsibly and leverage tools like data collectors to optimize performance in the fast-paced food and beverage sector.
Handle negotiations, sales, and deliveries of designated PepsiCo product lines within your channel, maintaining strict adherence to fiscal, financial, accounting, and commercial policies.
Guarantee the attainment or surpassing of sales objectives, fostering sustainable route growth while respecting commercial policies.
Utilize the company-provided vehicle with optimal conduction and preservation, complying with traffic laws and internal guidelines.
Manage and operate the data collector device according to company instructions for efficient operations.
To succeed in this role, candidates need a complete High School education. Prior experience in sales, especially in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), is highly preferred. A valid driver's license in category C, D, or E is mandatory due to the delivery-focused nature of the position.
