Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Source technical talent for engineering, DevOps, and cloud roles through job posts, referrals, agencies, and advanced sourcing techniques
• Screen candidates rigorously matching qualifications to Datadog's observability and security positions
• Collaborate with VP-level leaders to design and streamline technical interview processes
• Ensure candidate closure with timely follow-up creating exceptional experiences
• Negotiate compensation packages including equity for top engineering candidates
• Train interview teams across engineering org to elevate hiring quality
• Master Greenhouse ATS tracking candidates, resurfacing talent, maintaining reporting data
• Drive urgency across full recruiting lifecycle in fast-paced SaaS environment
• Build talent pipelines for Datadog's continued hyper-growth trajectory

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2-5 years full-lifecycle recruiting experience (in-house tech preferred)
• Proven sourcing mastery finding DevOps engineers, SREs, and cloud architects
• Autonomous operator managing 10+ technical requisitions simultaneously
• Elite closer with track record negotiating six-figure tech offers
• Greenhouse ATS proficiency for pipeline management and analytics
• Thrives in high-urgency, ever-evolving recruitment processes
• Passion for cloud technologies and SaaS business models

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $97,500 - $143,000 USD base + competitive equity package. Total compensation varies by experience, skills, and qualifications.
