As a Recruitment and Selection Analyst (Pleno) in São Paulo, Brazil, you will play a pivotal role in executing high-volume recruitment strategies aligned with PepsiCo's global guidelines. This full-time position demands a strategic partner mindset to meet business needs efficiently while ensuring positive candidate experiences. Ideal for experienced recruiters passionate about talent acquisition in the dynamic food and beverage sector, this role offers opportunities to build talent pipelines, optimize processes, and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
Lead complete recruitment cycles for high-volume roles, from profile alignment and job postings to screening, interviews, and final hiring. Publish vacancies across appropriate internal and external platforms to attract top talent quickly.
Conduct interviews assessing technical skills, prior experience, and cultural fit. Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, sharing best practices in recruitment to add value throughout the selection process.
Develop talent pipelines to shorten hiring times and boost internal stakeholder satisfaction. Drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency and ensure exceptional candidate journeys from application to onboarding.
A completed bachelor's degree is required, along with proven prior experience in recruitment using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for process management.
Advanced Spanish is mandatory; intermediate English is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is needed, with Power BI as a valuable differential. Strong verbal and written communication, plus the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, are key.
