Description

• You will work with operations in preparation of pre-match activation locations for set-up and breakdown.
•  Securing that activations are executed efficiently and adhere to event timelines.
•  Understand the operational perspective behind each activation build.
• You have a great attention to detail and work closely to understand the event objectives to ensure activations are securely executed for the safety of fans using them.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage and display all brand-related messaging across BULLevard
• Support the Field Marketing team on data collection of activation usage to present and help provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations and/or Event Production. Sports Fan Activation is a plus  
• Can lift up to 50lbs+ and are comfortable being physically active for extended periods of time.
• Available on nights and weekends.

The hourly rate for this position is $25/ hour. The hourly rate is subject to change and may be modified.

POSITION SUMMARY

You will work directly with our Operations team during the set-up and breakdown of all match day fan zone space known as the BULLevard. Event Operations Staff are directly involved with the preparation and maintenance of all BULLevard materials. You are passionate about the overall event atmosphere and executing memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression for fans engaging.
