Assist with execution of fan experience programs

Act as brand ambassador for various partner activations

Be a liaison for any partner related tasks during pre-match, halftime and/or post-match

Qualifications

Provide a high level of customer service and able to act accordingly on resolve

Quick adapter to sudden changes

Able to lift up to 30 lbs and are comfortable standing for long periods of time (mostly outdoors)

Available on nights and weekends

Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus

Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).

The base hourly range for this position is $25- $28. Actual hourly rate offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.

POSITION SUMMARY

You will work directly with the Partnerships team to help execute matchday activations for various partners. This can include a variety of activations, including assisting with on-site brand ambassadors, fan experiences and fan incentive programs. All of the activations will be tied to a specific partner, with the specific activations to be determined on a match-by-match basis. You will be acting as an ambassador of both the New York Red Bulls and the partner brand, and will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all participants of all ages.
