Description

We are looking for an Accountant (maternity leave position) to join our team and contribute to the smooth running of the company’s financial processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Bank operations:
  • Prepare payments in SAP and client-bank systems
  • Process bank statements
  • Handle foreign currency payments and oversee currency control procedures
• Supplier settlements:
  • Record acts of completed work and tax invoices in SAP
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Calculate and account for expenses under insurance contracts
• Prepare and submit VAT declarations
• Register and archive contracts and tender documentation
• Prepare and submit statistical reports
• Test and support the rollout of new SAP projects
• Participate in internal and external audits, as well as tax inspections
• Prepare corporate reports for management as required
• Support the Chief Accountant in preparing and submitting quarterly and annual financial reports

Qualifications

• Higher education in economics or finance (final-year students are also welcome to apply)
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience
• English language proficiency at Intermediate level or above
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
