DEPLETIONS

• Maintain accurate Sales data in accordance with the Head Quarters’ Global standards
• Support ABIM and work with the MEWA markets to:
  • Roll-out Global Sales Systems in new markets across the region
  • Improve and maintain Outlet Master Data quality
  • Automate data collection and upload process
• Highlight sales opportunities through Sales Data Business insights.
• Support in the launch of Depletions Plus by joining weekly calls and working closely with HQ and the local teams to make sure deadlines are adhered to,
  • Test the implementation and make sure the numbers are accurate before the final rollout

SALES REPORTING

• Collect, consolidate and upload Monthly Trade Sales reports in accordance to Regional Templates
• Support ABIM on Regional Trade Sales reporting
• Support ABIM on Regional Monthly Business Review Reporting
• Support ABIM on Regional Core Distribution Report
• Develop and update dashboards to support business analysis using Excel and SAP Analytics Cloud

PERFECT STORE AUDIT

• Support Area Trade Marketing Specialist on Perfect Store Audit (PSA) projects setup:
  • Sample definition and Scoring matrix
  • Ensure all Outlets have the correct Segmentation and Location
  • Update the PSA regional dashboard

DATA & INSIGHTS

• Support Area Trade Marketing Manager in deploying analytical projects related to execution excellence.
• Support Area Distribution Manager in RTM projects & the roll out of Red Bull handheld applications in the MEWA region
• Support Area Key Account Manager with combining key account sales data and identifying trends
• Support MEWA markets to define occasions hot zones and unlock the consumption potential
• Develop one-source platform with all available data and automate insight generation.

DASHBOARDS

• Maintain MEWA Dashboards on SAC such as Depletions / Nielsen / eCommerce
• Create new dashboards as per regional requirements

MASTER DATA

•   Make sure data Master Data quality is proper across the MEWA region, with a permanent plan to reduce duplicates, fix wrong segmentations, and making sure that the location information is accurate.

•   Within the Master Data system, manage store creation for new stores, merging for duplicate stores, while maintaining high data accuracy and reliability

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (Further languages like Arabic and French are a plus);
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel (Advanced) – VBA is a plus, Power Query, PowerPoint) and SAP Cloud Analytics;
• Experience with programming languages and visualization tools
• Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage the expectations of peers and managers;
• Adaptable to new environments and learns new skills quickly;
• Strong Communication Skills and ability to present information.
