Description

IN A NUTSHELL

As Communication Manager, you’ll develop and oversee the execution of the global media strategy for our dance network projects, ensuring clear, cohesive, and impactful messaging across managed, earned, and owned channels. Your mission is to drive brand relevance, strengthen awareness, and highlight product functionality through integrated storytelling. You’ll guide projects from strategy to execution, collaborate closely with Channel Management, Production, Partnerships, and Creator Marketing, and provide market teams with the strategic direction and tools they need to bring global initiatives to life locally. Acting as a strategic connector, you’ll ensure alignment between communication, content, programming, and brand objectives.

STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In this role, you will take full ownership of the strategic development and operational execution of global media initiatives. You’ll be responsible for shaping the overarching media strategy for network projects, defining goals, KPIs, and milestones, while steering the entire project lifecycle from planning to delivery. By continuously evaluating performance and applying data-driven insights, you’ll refine tactics and influence long-term strategic decisions. COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT & STORYTELLING

You’ll translate global strategy into powerful communication plans that resonate across audiences and touchpoints. This includes crafting compelling narratives that build brand awareness and spotlight the functionality and relevance of our products. You’ll define and analyze audience profiles, core, casual, and new, mapping their media behaviors and entire consumer journeys across earned, managed, and owned channels. By cultivating strong relationships with editorial partners and culturally relevant media platforms, you’ll secure impactful placements and build strong visibility. In partnership with Creator Marketing, you’ll identify creators who align with project needs and develop guidelines that empower markets to activate them effectively. Additionally, you’ll work closely with Channel Management and Production to shape meaningful storylines for programming and content, while also overseeing all aspects of Still Image production to ensure consistent and high-quality visual storytelling.

To streamline implementation, you’ll develop centralized strategic tools, playbooks, and resources that help teams activate efficiently and consistently while remaining aligned with global objectives.
