Shop & Feature Development

This area focuses on continuously developing and enhancing shop functionalities to improve user experience, product discoverability, and conversion rates. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical concepts, collaborating closely with IT on implementation, driving new feature ideation, and ensuring the seamless rollout of new shop capabilities.

 

Performance & Conversion Optimization

The focus here is on maintaining and optimizing digital sales channels and e-commerce processes. Tasks include identifying conversion levers and implementing improvements that increase customer engagement and partner performance. Continuous analysis of shop performance enables actionable measures to optimize the platform.

 

Content & Data Quality Management

This area ensures that products are presented accurately and attractively across the shop frontend, PIM, and marketplace systems. Responsibilities include coordinating with content-related departments to maintain consistent and precise data, managing article setup, ensuring master data quality, and overseeing digital product availability.

 

Analysis & Reporting

Analysis and reporting of KPIs and platform performance data form the basis for data-driven decisions. This includes operational monitoring such as error list evaluation, SLA tracking, and accuracy checks. Insights from these analyses are used to derive concrete measures for platform optimization.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital product environments, ideally within retail, marketplace, or direct-to-consumer setups

Hands-on experience with shop systems, feature development processes, and platform optimization, including improving user flows, conversion rates, and digital sales performance

Solid understanding of digital sales flows, product content structures, KPI-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical implications

Strong ownership mentality with accountability for platform functionality, data quality, end-to-end processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

Excellent analytical and communication skills, fluent in English (German is a plus), with the ability to provide clear, actionable guidance to cross-functional teams

Additional Info

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.509 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
